Returns & Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Since each candle is handcrafted please allow us 3 – 5 business days to fully process your order.

Something Rad Candle Company has a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition upon receiving. Item(s) must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original container with accompanied proof of purchase receipt.

Refunds/Returns
To start a refund/return, please contact us at info@somethingradcandleco.com. Customer is responsible for return postage. Instructions will be sent regarding returning of the item(s) to the seller. Items sent back without first contacting seller will not be accepted.

All returns will be inspected and reviewed prior to approval for refund. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note, refunds can take 4 - 6 weeks after issuing for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hand sanitizer). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Candles are heavy! That's why we have chosen to use USPS® Priority Cubic. That means the cost of shipping is based on the size of the package rather than the weight.

Priority Mail Cubic is the cheapest, fastest way to ship small packages that weigh between 1 and 20 pounds.

USPS® will deliver Priority Mail Cubic packages to anywhere in the USA (and territories) within 1 to 3 days.

All Priority Mail Cubic packages included full door-to-door tracking, so you can keep an eye on your shipments.

During the hot summer months, to avoid any melting during shipment, our candles will be wrapped in thermal bubble wrap with a disposable cold pack to help maintain a cooler temperature.
